Highport Marina - on beautiful Lake Texoma in Pottsboro
When Highport unexpectedly lost its on-site server that allowed access to all of its internal software, I panicked! We did not have an in-house administrator and were really ‘under-the-gun’ to get about 15 central office employees back up and running quickly since we are a full-service marina, running five different departments 6 or 7 days a week. I called Scott Ochoa with CyberServer and he immediately responded by coming out to the marina and taking our server for diagnosis. Overnight, it was determined that the server was officially dead and he began to formulate a solution. Within 4 days, we had all employees back up and running with access to email and all Office and Accounting software. The CyberServer is faster and more efficient than our on-site server was and the best thing is that if we have a problem of any kind – we just call Scott. We no longer have need for an in-house administrator!!! With the remote server, we are able to access our desktops from ANYWHERE with an internet connection. I have ‘Cyber-linked’ to my own desktop from Baltimore, MD, Oklahoma City, OK and San Antonio, TX as well as my local dentist’s office here in Sherman. As Director of Finance, the CyberServer makes it possible for me to access current financial information while on-the-go, in meetings or even on vacation. Thank you, Scott Ochoa and CyberServer!!!
